Weather Proof Stainless Steel Ignition
The
burner ring assembly process ensures that all of the internal ports are
precisely lined up prior to being seamlessly machine welded together.
The
burner rings are made of .065 thick wall stainless steel for maximum
strength
and durability. The burner ports are staggered to create full and
vibrant
flames. Each burner port is drilled, not punched, to allow the gas to
flow
properly through the burner ring without hearing the annoying whistling
sound
often heard from many of the lesser quality burner rings on the market
today. We
have also raised the center hub above the outer ring(s) to prevent
condensation
and water from entering the gas line or valve box below the burner ring.
